Terms of Service

TickerEyes is a trading name of TechProf Ltd (company no. 07710963), registered in England and Wales. Version 1.3 — last updated 24 July 2026.

In short: TickerEyes gives you market information and AI-generated signal scores for research and education. It is not investment advice and we are not FCA-authorised. Prices are delayed and scores are model estimates — you make your own decisions and capital is at risk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

TickerEyes (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a market-information and analytics platform provided by TechProf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 07710963), registered office: Suite 27 Chessington Business Centre, Cox Lane, Chessington, Surrey, England, KT9 1SD, trading as TickerEyes. Contact: info@tickereyes.com. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over; by using it you confirm you are at least 18.

2. What TickerEyes is — and is not

TickerEyes provides market data, screening and analytical tools, including model-generated scores, ratings and estimates. It does not provide personal investment advice, recommendations, or a suitability assessment, and it is not a broker or financial adviser. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Market prices are delayed (typically 15 minutes or more, and shown at last close when markets are closed). Scores, forecasts, price targets, sparklines and similar figures are model estimates, not live market data, and may be inaccurate. Certain illustrative content (for example sample news, calendar and IPO entries) is provided for demonstration only and is labelled as such.

3. Your responsibility

You make your own investment decisions and are solely responsible for them. Investing carries risk; the value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance and model outputs do not guarantee future results. For personal advice, consult an FCA-authorised independent financial adviser.

4. Accounts and licences

Some features require a paid licence. A licence is issued as a key that activates the Service on a single device for the term of the plan you purchased (monthly, annual, or a one-time Founder licence). Licences are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, or sublicensed. We may revoke a licence for breach of these Terms or in connection with a refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, scrape, or overload the Service; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our models, data sources or methods; resell or redistribute the data or signals; or use the Service unlawfully. Any personal API keys you add are stored on your device and are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, analytics, scoring and all underlying materials are the property of TickerEyes (a trading name of TechProf Ltd) or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be excluded or limited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechProf Ltd (trading as TickerEyes) is not liable for any investment losses, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where liability is permitted to be capped, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (the authorised reseller and seller of record) for your purchase. This means Stripe, not TickerEyes, is the party you contract with for the payment transaction, and Stripe is responsible for charging you, issuing the transaction receipt, and collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase may therefore appear on your statement as a Stripe or Stripe-related descriptor. TickerEyes remains responsible for providing and supporting the Service itself under these Terms.

Prices are shown and charged in GBP (£); your bank may convert to your local currency. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated, added at checkout and remitted by Stripe as merchant of record. Your statutory consumer rights, and the refund rights set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, are unaffected by this arrangement; we handle refund requests together with Stripe.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes (for example by email or in-app). If you do not accept a material change you may stop using the Service; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live, and nothing here affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
