Refund & Cancellation Policy

TechProf Ltd (company no. 07710963), trading as TickerEyes. Registered office: Suite 27 Chessington Business Centre, Cox Lane, Chessington, Surrey, England, KT9 1SD. Version 1.2 — last updated 15 July 2026.

In short: licences are one-off purchases (no auto-renewal). UK/EU consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content — but if you ask for immediate access and start using the licence, that right is lost. If you haven’t used it, you can get a full refund within 14 days.

1. What you’re buying

TickerEyes licences are one-time purchases that unlock the Service for the plan’s term (monthly, annual, or a one-time Founder licence). They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew — you will not be charged again unless you buy again.

2. 14-day cancellation right (UK/EU consumers)

As digital content, you normally have 14 days to cancel for a refund. Before you pay, we clearly tell you that you are requesting immediate access and that your right to cancel is lost once the digital content has been supplied and you have begun using it. Completing payment confirms this, and your licence-key email records it. If you have not activated or used the licence, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

3. Discretionary refunds

Even outside the above, we want you to be satisfied. If the Service is not working as described, or you contact us shortly after purchase and have made little or no use of the licence, we will consider a refund at our reasonable discretion.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@tickereyes.com with the email address used at purchase and your licence key (if any). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Valid statutory refunds are processed without undue delay and within 14 days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the associated licence is revoked and access ends.

5. Who you pay — merchant of record

Your payment is handled by Stripe as the merchant of record (the authorised reseller and seller of record for the transaction). Stripe charges you, issues your receipt, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. TickerEyes remains responsible for the Service and for handling your refund and support requests, which we process together with Stripe. See section 9 of our Terms of Service for more.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a card dispute. As Stripe is the merchant of record, card disputes are managed through Stripe; raising a dispute does not remove your statutory rights or the refund options above.
